Fitting & Use
StressGard® NIghttime Dental Guard was designed by an Orthodontist and requires no boiling or molding to fit. It is ready to use right out of the package. Simply place the StressGard® Nighttime Dental Guard between the upper teeth and lip and the bite tabs between your upper and lower teeth. It can also be used on your lower teeth. Simply flip the StressGard® Nighttime Dental Guard over and place between your lower lip and bottom teeth and once again the bite tabs between your upper and lower teeth. The StressGard® Nighttime Dental Guard is simply designed to keep your upper and lower teeth apart. It does not “fit” tightly around your teeth. Any part of the StressGard® Nighttime Dental Guard can be trimmed with scissors. To adjust the length of the bite tabs simply trim to the length you want.
After use, we recommend rinsing with soap and water. When first starting with the StressGard® Nighttime Dental Guard, we suggest wearing it for a couple of hours to get used to it, people tend to salivate when they put something new in their mouth until the acclimate to it.
